Is StaffCore up?
Every installation is asked once a minute whether it is serving and whether its database answered. Installations are labelled by region, never by the name of a home. If this page cannot run the check, it says so — it never shows green because nothing was heard.

Can’t reach — no answer; may be the checker, not the installation
