What happens to your details
This page is about the staff-core.app website — the pages you are reading now. It is short because this site does very little with your information.
This site does not track you
No cookies. No analytics. No tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording. Nothing is stored on your device — not a cookie, not local storage, nothing.
There is no third-party code on this site at all. Even the fonts are served from our own server rather than Google’s, so no request leaves for anyone else while you read. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
Who we are
This site is run by Moses Rajasingham, trading as AranetWorld, of 37 Coleridge Avenue, Manor Park, London E12 6RQ. For anything about your information, write to moses.rajasingham@staffcore.app.
What we collect, and only when you send it
Nothing at all unless you fill in the contact form. If you do, that form asks for:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your organisation and how many beds it has
- whatever you write in the message box
Please do not put a resident’s details in the message box. If you need to discuss a particular person, say so and we will arrange a proper way to do it.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it for marketing, and nobody profiles you with it.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you asked us a question about our software and we are answering it — or, where you are asking about buying it, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Where it actually goes
The form does not save to any database. It is turned straight into an email:
- Vercel hosts this website and handles the request.
- Resend delivers the email to our inbox.
After that it sits in our email like any other message. We keep enquiries for 12 months and then delete them.
The system status page
Our status page checks whether each installation is responding. It shows labels we choose, never a care home’s name and never anything about a resident.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to moses.rajasingham@staffcore.app and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or call 0303 123 1113. You are welcome to come to us first, but you do not have to.
If you are a resident, or a resident’s family
This page does not cover care records. Those belong to the care home looking after your relative, and that home decides what happens to them — we only supply the software. Please contact the home directly. If you are not sure which home, ask us and we will point you to the right person, but we cannot look at a care record for you.
